This is a journey about being what and who you really are. It is a way to realize your full potential as an embodied soul, connecting heaven and earth. Navigating this path of soul realization is not easy, requiring the sacrifice (to “make sacred”) of what you no longer need and who you never were. The gift is that when you shed this false self you become empty to receive and Be who you really are. The journey isn’t about becoming something more, but about becoming who you were born to be. The next stage of your journey begins as you move more deeply into your emotional body, learning to understand your unconscious feelings. Your emotions are energy. This is an exploration of the psycho-somatic connection in which you realize that when you are true to yourself and in service to your soul, you feel better. To navigate the second stage of the journey, follow your heart. Your heart is your compass. You seek emotion, experience love.
